Job Description
Insight Global is hiring for a Customer Care Managers in responding to residential construction and service requests and managing those requests according to standard processes. Manages risk and litigation issues stemming from warranty issues.
Responsibilities:
- Manage escalated and large warranty issues for closed homes, including insurance/litigation
- Conduct in-person homeowner assessments on an as needed basis.
- Determine if corrective work order is needed.
- Manage trades to completion of service requests to customers' satisfaction.
Must-have
3+ years of customer service experience (must have been in some kind of construction or warranty environment in the past)
Experience managing a small team or individual team members
Budget/cost management experience
Ability to manage warranty/customer service processes in a high volume, fast paced environment
Compensation: $50,000-60,000 (base salary+bonus incentive structure)
