We are currently looking for a Customer Care Associate for International Food Products Corporation. This position is located within the Fenton area. The position requires 100% in office for the first 6 months. After training, the position moves to a hybrid model of two days required in office.
Responsibilities Include
- Front Line/First Point of contact for assigned customer accounts, both foreign and domestic
- Support Outside Sales Representatives, including maintaining existing customer base, order entry, tracking, and revisions as well as sales contract management
- Timely and accurate processing of incoming orders via phone, fax, or email
- Timely and accurate creation of export documentation
- Respond to various customer requests in a timely and effective manner, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
- Respond to customer requests including, product information, tracking information, and proof of delivery
- Resolve all customer issues/opportunities such as pricing, tracking shipments and/or processing credits
- Document customer complaints to ensure proper investigation/resolution
- Communicate with all internal departments - Inventory, Credit, Warehouse, Purchasing, Transportation - to ensure customers' requirements are met or exceeded
Additional Responsibilities
- Provide support to other internal departments as necessary
- Establish and maintain strong positive customer relationships

The successful candidate must have the following qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business-to-business customer service
- Strong competencies in all major Microsoft products especially Excel
- Customer service, team and goal-oriented, enhanced by a high sense of urgency and attention to detail
- Demonstrate professional behavior and teamwork by being punctual, dependable and adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to solve problems, multi-task and be a hands-on leader.
Desired:
- Experience using CRM software programs
- Bilingual - Spanish strongly desired
