As a Customer Care Advocate , you'll be the face of our business, welcoming customers, receiving their garments, and ensuring each item is handled with care. Your role is to provide outstanding service, manage orders in our system, and ensure a smooth process from drop-off to pick-up.
Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers with a warm and friendly attitude
Receive clothing and household items, inspect them, and enter them into our system
Ensure clear communication with customers about services, pricing, and pickup times
Process payments and maintain accurate transactions
Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work environment
Address customer inquiries and concerns professionally
Uphold Town Country Clean values in every customer interaction
What We're Looking For
Strong customer service skills and a friendly, professional attitude
Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
Basic computer skills and comfort using a point-of-sale system
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
Previous customer service or retail experience is a plus but not required
A team player who takes pride in their work and enjoys helping others
