Customer Care Advisor
Description
The Customer Care Advisor (CCA) is a key position that provides vision and leadership for Valeo Networks Managed Services offerings. The CCA works closely with the Service Delivery teams and Professional Services teams in planning, designing, and implementing client IT systems that will improve the cost-effectiveness, service quality, and regulatory compliance that have contracted for Valeo Networks offerings. Through consistent, effective, standardized communication and planning, the CCA acts as a consulting partner with Valeo Networks Customers to assist the Customers in achieving their strategic IT objectives while reducing risk.
Roles & Responsibilities
• Analyze and understand the Customers strategic IT objectives and develop an IT technology roadmap that ensures the Customers can achieve the stated objectives.
• Work with other Valeo Networks teams to ensure the technology roadmap is implemented during appropriate timeframes and remains consistent with overall strategic IT objectives.
• Assist relevant departments in analyzing, planning, and implementing Valeo Networks offerings for new Customers.
• Assist Customers with analyzing IT standards-related risks and alignment to best standards then create plans for remediation of risks that other relevant departments can utilize in remediating the identified risks.
• Support the development of the Customers Cybersecurity strategy.
• Support the development of the Customers IT disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
• Support the development of the Customers IT operating and capital budgeting process.
• Support the development of the Customers IT policies, procedures, and standards to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Participate in managing Customers strategic IT vendor relationships, regulatory examination processes, IT Steering Committee, and board meetings as needed.
Qualifications
• Proficient knowledge of IT best practices
• Considerable knowledge of business theory, business processes, management, budgeting, and business office operations.
• Proficient knowledge of business data processing, infrastructure platforms, and core LOB systems.
• Strong knowledge of computer system characteristics, features, and integration functionality.
• Proficient knowledge in IT strategic planning, organization, development, and execution.
• Ability to set and manage workload priorities to successfully complete tasks.
• Detail-oriented and proficient knowledge in project management to effectively coordinate and communicate with Professional Services on IT technology roadmap initiatives.
