The annual salary for this position is between
$50,000- $55,000 annually , with the opportunity to earn quarterly
sales bonuses and performance-based commissions. We offer

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CUSTOMER CARE ADMINISTRATOR As a customer care administrator, you are the first face of our company. Your main priorities are to communicate well with customers, increase member conversion, and improve customer retention metrics. In this role, you build and retain relationships using excellent communication and sales skills, analyze unique customer scenarios, and take initiative to impact the overall customer experience. You partner with the Director of Marketing and the Director of Operations to improve the overall experience of current and former customers, evaluate customer trends and how to improve them, and develop systems to increase customer win-back and retention. Leading by example, you demonstrate our CORE values directly to both the internal Operations team as well as our most asset, our customers.

RESPONSIBILITES - Winning back previous Unlimited Wash Club members
- Preventing and reducing customer churn
- Responding and managing inbound customer inquiries
- Collaborating with key team leaders
QUALIFICATIONS FOR A CUSTOMER CARE ADMINISTRATOR - 3+ years of experience in customer service
- Experience with Point of Sale (POS) systems and phone systems
- Strong typing skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
Car Wash leadership/management experience is helpful but not required. Can you work with confidence in a fast-paced setting? Do you thrive with both independent and collaborative work? Are you self-motivated and willing to learn? If yes, you might just be perfect for our car wash team.
WORK SCHEDULE This position is
full-time and primarily remote. Our office hours are between
