THE PURPOSE: The Customer Analyst provides actionable insights, audience segmentation, and performance reporting to optimize lifecycle and retention marketing efforts. This role works cross-functionally to enhance customer engagement, improve retention, and drive revenue growth.

• 5-7 years of experience in marketing analytics, customer insights, or lifecycle marketing data analysis.
• Proficiency with analytics tools such as SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or Google Analytics for campaign reporting.
• Experience developing audience segmentation strategies and optimizing retention marketing programs.
• Strong understanding of customer lifecycle metrics, including retention rate, churn, and CLV.
• Familiarity with Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) and CRM tools (e.g., Listrak, Attentive, Braze, Klaviyo).
• Ability to provide strategic insights based on customer data to improve marketing effectiveness.
• Strong collaboration skills to work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and analytics teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Data Analytics, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).PREFERRED EXPERIENCE - Advanced SQL or Python skills for in-depth data analysis and modeling.
- Experience implementing predictive modeling and machine learning for customer segmentation.
- Hands-on experience integrating Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) into retention marketing strategies.
- Experience in eCommerce, SaaS, or subscription-based businesses with a focus on retention and CLV growth.
- Knowledge of attribution modeling and campaign ROI optimization strategies.
- Certifications in marketing analytics, Google Data Analytics, or Tableau are a plus
