Customer Acquisition - $20/hr We are seeking a motivated and experienced Customer Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will be at the forefront of driving new client relationships, refining acquisition strategies, and directly impacting the company's growth through your efforts.

Responsibilities: - Conduct high-volume outbound sales calls to identify and acquire new clients
- Develop and test new customer acquisition strategies to improve performance
- Provide feedback on sales tactics and customer acquisition processes
- Consistently meet and exceed customer acquisition targets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer experience and sales strategies
- Use Salesforce (or a comparable CRM) to manage and track sales activities
- Contribute innovative ideas to drive customer acquisition and sales growth
Required Qualifications: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in inside sales with a proven success record
- Strong ability to meet sales targets in a fast-paced, changing environment
- Experience with high-volume calling and excellent time management skills
Preferred Qualifications: - Experience using Salesforce or another CRM platform
