Job Details

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts, ensuring timely responses and high service levels
• Process customer orders, prepare quotes, and coordinate with production teams to meet delivery timelines
• Maintain and grow relationships with key accounts in industries such as aerospace, automotive, manufacturing, and consumer goods
• Collaborate with outside sales, engineering, and logistics teams to support customer-specific packaging projects
• Identify opportunities for account growth through proactive communication and service excellence

Qualifications:

• 2-5 years of customer service, account management, or sales support experience in packaging, manufacturing, or a related industry
• Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Proficient in CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and Google Workspace
• Knowledge of corrugated, foam, or custom packaging materials is a plus
