OVERVIEW

The Customer Account Specialist II (Video Poker) is responsible for overseeing product reconciliation related to the placement and billing of IGT Video Poker Products. This position plays a key role in revenue recognition, invoicing, and customer relationship management for Poker products; and serves as an account expert for their assigned customer portfolio.

This position is hybrid, must be located in Las Vegas, NV or Reno, NV.

RESPONSIBILITES:

Customer Account Management

• Monitors SAP for account activations

• Coordinates with the sales team to ensure the account is reflected in product billing

• Coordinates with customers on product activation working directly with GOM and Service to address any activation and installation issues

• Serves as a point of contact for customers regarding any poker product related issues

• Coordinates with customers to facilitate product removals and changes

• Works directly with customers to reconcile variances between self-reports and IGT records ensuring that any variances are resolved

• Coordinates with customer to resolve billing disputes

Monthly Reporting/Billing Reconciliation

• Reviews customer billing where standard rates and/or basic discounts apply per contractual arrangements

• Ensures adjustments are made to fix variances enabling accurate finance billing

• Writes adjustments to correct billing before invoices are submitted to customers

• Monitors the billing activity report to review product installation and removal information

• Review self-reporting data received from Casino customers in comparison to IGT reporting to ensure all units have been accounted for and address product variance.

• Make line adjustments where games have been on-line for partial billing periods due to construction, product movement, etc.

• Coordinate with Accounting to ensure all adjustments are processed and customer invoicing is accurate

Other Duties

• Processes Poker Product RMAs for assigned customers including entry into SAP, creation of shipping label, tracking of shipment, and logging receipt of returned equipment

• Review customer aging report and communicate with assigned customers on behalf of credit and collections to resolve unpaid invoices and address billing disputes

• Coordinate with Product Specialist regarding unit count changes within assigned customer portfolio

REQUIREMENTS

• Prior experience in an accounting or finance role performing account review and reconciliation a plus

• Prior experience reviewing and documenting contractual requirements to ensure compliance with agreements

• Intermediate knowledge of MS Office and Intermediate Excel (ability to product pivots, vlookups, and other data manipulation functions to reconcile reports)

At IGT, we consider a wide range of factors in determining compensation, including background, skills, experience, and work location. These factors can cause your compensation to vary. The estimated starting compensation range is $50,482 - $115,000. The actual pay offered may end up being higher or lower. The Company will comply with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable.

Base pay is only one part of our Total Rewards program. Sales roles may be eligible for commission payments, while other roles are eligible for discretionary bonuses .
