The ideal candidate will:
- Customer Assistance: Provide timely and accurate information to incoming customer requests regarding order status, product knowledge, pricing, availability, and delivery timelines
- Order Processing: Receive, process, and verify the accuracy of customer orders through the ERP system according to established policies and procedures
- Issue Resolution: Address and resolve customer complaints and issues related to orders, warranty claims, and delivery promptly and professionally
- Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services to assist customers effectively.
- Documentation: Record and update customer interactions and transactions in our system.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
