Ther are looking for an early career and passionate Custom Home Architect to join their team and help continue our legacy of designing and building extraordinary homes.

About the Role:

As a Custom Home Architect, you will play a pivotal role in delivering the highest standards of design and functionality in every project. You will work alongside a highly skilled team, collaborating with a full-time AIA architect, project management professionals, and experienced support staff to create custom homes that exceed client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and needs, translating them into bespoke architectural designs.
  • Create detailed design plans, blueprints, and renderings while ensuring adherence to all local building codes and zoning regulations.
  • Manage the project from the initial concept through construction, ensuring a seamless and efficient process.
  • Work closely with contractors, interior designers, and engineers to bring designs to life with precision and care.
  • Stay current with the latest design trends, technologies, and sustainable building practices to offer the best solutions to clients.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelors from an accredited program.
  • Proven experience in designing custom homes or luxury residential projects.
  • Expertise in architectural design software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, building codes, and local regulations.
  • Excellent communication and client relationship skills, with an ability to manage client expectations effectively.
  • 3-5 years working experience as an Architect
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
