Curriculum Support Specialist

Synertex LLC is seeking a Curriculum Support Specialist to develop and maintain courseware materials at multiple locations, including Schriever SFB, CO; Point Mugu Naval Air Station, CA; and Fort Detrick, MD. This position requires a Secret clearance and will involve coordination and support across multiple locations. RESPONSIBILITIES: Review, revise, or create courseware materials according to outlined training task documents. Develop lesson plan objectives in line with the Ready Spacecrew Program (RSP) goals. Communicate courseware changes via instruction, email, briefing, and curriculum trackers. Ensure courseware aligns with the organization's instructional goals and is compliant with applicable standards. Collaborate with instructors and staff to gather feedback for continual courseware improvement. Assist in maintaining and updating training databases and tracking systems. Coordinate with staff to ensure effective communication and scheduling for curriculum updates and training events. Document all curriculum changes and updates appropriately. Ensure alignment with organizational goals and compliance with all applicable regulations and procedures. REQUIREMENTS: Previous experience in curriculum development and support. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Strong organizational and communication skills. Experience with instructional systems development models. Security Clearance: Secret clearance. EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
