Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Curation Lead to join our Economy team. As a key member of our Merchandising pillar, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive and scalable curation strategies that drive discoverability, engagement, conversion, and customer satisfaction across our app store ecosystem.

Required Skills:

Curation Lead Responsibilities:

  1. Curation Leadership: Lead and manage all curation and editorial initiatives on the Horizon App Store including product launches, campaigns, emails, notifications, social media, blogs, FOA, and off-platform outlets.
  2. Content Personalization: Connecting users with the right content at the right time to ensure they align with and enhance all store merchandising initiatives.
  3. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to leverage various channels effectively, identifying the most impactful levers to improve key performance metrics.
  4. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, data science, design, and other departments to ensure the successful execution of strategies.
  5. Optimization: Monitor and analyze the performance of curation initiatives across all channels, making data-driven decisions to optimize results.
  6. Content Development: Lead the creation of compelling and engaging content for the Horizon App Store and other channels to support merchandising efforts.
  7. Market Analysis: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and best practices in e-commerce and digital marketing.
Minimum Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  2. 6+ years of experience managing e-commerce platforms with a focus on curation and editorial.
  3. Demonstrated experience in understanding of e-commerce platforms, digital marketing, and consumer behavior
  4. Proven track record of driving platform growth and improving customer engagement through curation strategies
  5. Scalable strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the experience to translate data into actionable insights.
  6. Proven track record of success in communication, project management, and leadership skills with the capacity to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  7. Experience working in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Public Compensation:

$129,000/year to $187,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
