We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our CEO. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, a great attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Functions & Responsibilities: - Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to executives, including calendar management, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence.
- Communication: Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and follow-up on action items.
- Travel Coordination: Arrange travel itineraries, accommodations, and transportation for executives, ensuring a seamless travel experience.
- Meeting Coordination: Prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items for meetings; ensure all necessary materials are prepared in advance.
- Project Management: Assist with various projects, conducting research, compiling reports, and tracking progress to ensure deadlines are met.
- Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with discretion and always maintain confidentiality.
- Office Management: Support the overall office management, including supply ordering and facility coordination as needed.
- Event Planning: Organize and coordinate corporate events, meetings, and team-building activities.
Skills & Abilities - 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with project management tools.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Computer Skills - Advanced Microsoft office skills
Other Requirements Ability to understand and speak Spanish is a plus

Pay: $20.53 - $25.00 per hour
