Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and creative Culture and EngagementSpecialist to join our team. This role is responsible for strategizing, implementing and executing internal and external eventsthat align with the organization's objectives and values. Skilled in developingand organizing impactful programs, events, and communications that enhance theemployee and community experience and strengthen company values andsatisfaction. The ideal candidate is people -focused, highly organized,detailed oriented, and able to manage multiple events in a fast-pacedenvironment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and execute all aspects of company events, includinglogistics, budgeting, and scheduling. Includes but not limited to: CompanyChristmas Party, Sporting event outings, Food Trucks, Aircraft Statics,Industry partner events, etc.

• Manage and grow ongoingBusiness Jet Cares, Inc. efforts including the annual charity golf tournament,annual Christmas program and any other nonprofit events our 501(c)(3) supports.

• Strategicallydevelop and promote internal and external initiatives, campaigns, themes andevents to embody and foster company values.

• Design and manage internalengagement programs that enhance employee satisfaction, retention, andperformance such as birthday/anniversary calendars, recognition programs, and appreciationactivities and events.

• Develop, implement,and execute community engagement strategies to strengthen relationships withlocal organizations and businesses.

• Collaborate withHR, leadership, and internal teams to align engagement strategies withorganizational goals and ensure smooth event collaboration while maintaining aseamless brand experience.

• Secure vendors,catering, and entertainment based on event needs.

• Oversee eventsetup, execution, and breakdown, recruitment and delegation of volunteers,while troubleshooting any issues that arise

• Identify andnegotiate contracts with vendors, suppliers, and service providers.

• Assist with generatingand developing new and creative promotional ideas and events in effort toincrease business and sales.

• Track and report onevent metrics to optimize engagement strategies.

• Develop and manageevent budgets while identifying cost-saving opportunities without compromisingquality.

• Coordinate with BrandManager, publishers, and marketing agencies to create web and printadvertisements for company events.

• Assist with eventmarketing strategies, including social media promotion and branding efforts.

• Performs otherrelated duties as necessary or assigned.

Qualifications

Education & Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in event management, hospitality, public relations, communications, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 or more years of event planning or coordination
    • Experience in corporate, nonprofit, or entertainment event planning beneficial
Skills & Competencies:
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Familiar with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and other marketing software and social media
  • Proficiency in event management software and tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong research and analytical skills
  • Strong negotiation and budget monitoring skills
  • Highly organized and detail oriented
  • Multi-tasking andtime-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and managemultiple projects simultaneously
  • Willingness to listen and learn
  • Ability to think creatively and innovatively
  • Ability to work ina fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle last-minute changes efficiently.
  • Ability to recruit and manage volunteers
  • Familiarity with the latest trends, technologies, and methodologies
  • Flexibility to workevenings, weekends, and travel as needed
Certifications, Licenses, & Badging
  • Ability to attain Love Field Badge
  • Valid Driver's License
Work Environment & Physical Requirements

While performing the duties of this job, the employee isregularly exposed to various weather conditions. The employee may be exposed toloud noise levels in and around their work environment. The physical demandsregularly required are to sit and stand for extended periods of time, prolongedtime working at a computer, ability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Dailyinteraction with Clients and Employees where tact and consideration aremandatory while maintaining a team effort in customer service.
