Your Responsibilities Will Be:
  • Complete necessary training, including the Zaxbys Back of House Development Plan and hands-on stations training.
  • Provide friendly and enthusiastic service to all guests.
  • Stay updated on current promotions and enthusiastically represent the Zaxbys brand.
  • Assist with guest service and front of house operations as needed.
  • Prepare and cook menu items according to company standards while maintaining a safe and sanitary environment.
  • Ensure all food and beverages are handled according to safety guidelines.
  • Maintain product levels at your stations for quick and efficient service.
  • Assemble and package orders accurately to meet guest satisfaction.
  • Keep your work area clean, organized, and stocked.
  • Assist with inventory management and notify management of any needed supplies.
  • Follow all safety protocols and complete tasks in a timely manner.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned with a sense of urgency.
Qualifications:
  • Must be at least 16 years old.
  • Able to work 32 to 40 hours a week.
Physical Capabilities Required:
  • Sit, stand, and walk continuously.
  • Occasionally bend, stoop, crouch, or climb, including using ladders.
  • Frequently lift up to 50 pounds, including overhead lifting.
  • Continuous use of hands and wrists for precise tasks.
  • Effectively communicate through speech, reading, and writing.
  • Observe and respond appropriately in a dynamic environment.
  • Work safely in an area with varying temperatures and potential allergens.
  • Operate kitchen equipment safely, including knives and fryers.
