Your Responsibilities Will Be: - Complete necessary training, including the Zaxbys Back of House Development Plan and hands-on stations training.
- Provide friendly and enthusiastic service to all guests.
- Stay updated on current promotions and enthusiastically represent the Zaxbys brand.
- Assist with guest service and front of house operations as needed.
- Prepare and cook menu items according to company standards while maintaining a safe and sanitary environment.
- Ensure all food and beverages are handled according to safety guidelines.
- Maintain product levels at your stations for quick and efficient service.
- Assemble and package orders accurately to meet guest satisfaction.
- Keep your work area clean, organized, and stocked.
- Assist with inventory management and notify management of any needed supplies.
- Follow all safety protocols and complete tasks in a timely manner.
- Perform additional duties as assigned with a sense of urgency.
Qualifications: - Must be at least 16 years old.
- Able to work 32 to 40 hours a week.
Physical Capabilities Required: - Sit, stand, and walk continuously.
- Occasionally bend, stoop, crouch, or climb, including using ladders.
- Frequently lift up to 50 pounds, including overhead lifting.
- Continuous use of hands and wrists for precise tasks.
- Effectively communicate through speech, reading, and writing.
- Observe and respond appropriately in a dynamic environment.
- Work safely in an area with varying temperatures and potential allergens.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely, including knives and fryers.
