Key Responsibilities for Culinary Team Members: - Deliver an exceptional dining experience - greeting guests, serving food, and handling transactions at the cash register
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of the restaurant
- Adhere to operational standards and safety procedures to serve fresh, quality food
- Efficiently work in a fast-paced kitchen environment, potentially rotating through various positions - Front Counter, Drive-Thru, or Kitchen
Collaborate effectively with fellow team members to achieve daily goals in a dynamic and positive environment.
Qualifications: - Personable and cooperative team members
- Experience in operations is a plus
- Some high school education
- Food Handler certification may be needed based on local regulations, acquired at your own expense
