As a Culinary Team Member, you will play a vital role in preparing fresh, delicious dishes for our guests. You will work closely with your team in the kitchen, ensuring everything is set up for success. Here's what you can expect:
- Follow detailed recipes and maintain portion control while preparing, garnishing, and plating items to perfection
- Set up and maintain a well-organized kitchen station each day
- Requisition, stock, and manage all necessary food items and supplies
- Properly handle, store, and rotate all food products
- Regularly clean and maintain kitchen equipment and machinery
- Ensure all perishables are stored correctly to uphold product quality
- Complete all opening, ongoing, and closing checklists diligently
- Takes pride in the quality of food served
- Perform cleaning tasks to meet health standards and regulations
- Additional responsibilities as assigned by your supervisor
