Your Responsibilities Include: - Following all recipes and practicing portion control to ensure quality and consistency
- Maintaining a well-organized kitchen workspace
- Requisitioning and stocking necessary food and supplies
- Proper handling, storage, and rotation of all products
- Maintaining and cleaning equipment
- Managing stock and storage of perishables to ensure freshness
- Completing opening and closing checklists as needed
- Ensuring the quality of all served products
- Performing routine cleaning tasks in accordance with health standards
- Additional duties as assigned
