Culinary Team Member to join our team and support a dynamic office environment of approximately 100 people.
What You'll Do As a Culinary Team Member, you will play a vital role in creating and delivering fresh, innovative meals and catering services for our client. You'll be responsible for:
- Preparing high-quality meals for an office population of up to 100 people.
- Developing and executing weekly and seasonal menus that are both creative and cost-effective.
- Managing daily kitchen operations, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and compliance with food safety standards.
- Coordinating and fulfilling catering orders and conference room service needs.
- Maintaining a high level of customer service, professionalism, and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements What We Need From You - Minimum of 4 years of hands-on culinary experience in a professional kitchen.
- Proven experience with menu creation and culinary planning.
- Strong background in catering, including setup and execution.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Experience supporting conference room food service is a plus.
- Ability to work Monday through Friday with no weekend shifts.
- A team-oriented attitude and a passion for hospitality.
