Key Responsibilities:
  • Complete all necessary training, including:
    • Zaxby's Back of House Development Plan
    • Hands-on stations training
    • Required training by Zax LLC
  • Deliver friendly and enthusiastic service to all guests
  • Stay informed on current promotions
  • Represent the Zaxby's brand with pride
  • Support guest service and front of house operations when needed
  • Prepare menu items in a safe and sanitary manner, adhering to company standards
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations
  • Safely operate kitchen equipment
  • Maintain product levels and cleanliness in assigned stations
  • Assemble and package guest orders accurately
  • Keep work areas organized and tidy
  • Assist with inventory management and stock deliveries
  • Report maintenance needs to management
  • Maintain cleanliness of storage areas
  • Complete tasks efficiently and with urgency
  • Follow all safety procedures diligently
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications:
  • Must be at least 16 years of age
  • Available for 9 to 28 hours of work per week
Physical Capabilities:
  • Ability to sit, stand, and walk continuously
  • Occasional stooping, bending, crouching, or climbing required
  • Frequently lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 pounds, including overhead lifting
  • Continuous hand and wrist use for grasping and manipulation
  • Effective communication skills in speech, reading, and writing
  • Ability to respond effectively to audio-visual cues in the environment
  • Ability to work in varying temperature environments and handle food allergens
  • Safe operation of kitchen equipment, including knives and fryers
