Position Overview The Grill Cook will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality grilled dishes for our members and guests. This position requires a passionate and skilled individual with a strong understanding of grilling techniques, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Key Responsibilities - Prepare and cook grilled items to order, including meats, seafood, and vegetables, ensuring consistency and quality.
- Operate and maintain grill equipment, ensuring proper temperature control and cleanliness.
- Assist with prepping ingredients, seasoning, and marinating as required.
- Work collaboratively with kitchen staff to coordinate timing and ensure seamless service.
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines, maintaining a clean and organized workstation.
- Monitor inventory and communicate supply needs to kitchen management.
- Contribute to menu innovation by suggesting new grill-focused dishes and techniques.
Qualifications - Previous experience as a grill cook or in a similar role is preferred.
