Join our team at Resort Lifestyle Communities as a Culinary Supervisor, where you will have the opportunity to create resort-style meals and foster delightful experiences for our residents and guests. Collaborating closely with the Executive Chef, Community Managers, and our culinary team, you will play a key role in providing exceptional food and hospitality.

Schedule, Benefits, and Pay:
  • Enjoy a balanced schedule working lunch and dinner shifts from Tuesday to Saturday, with no late nights (evening meal service concludes by 6:30 PM).

Responsibilities and Duties:
  • Skillfully prepare and cook a variety of dishes including meats, fish, vegetables, soups, and eggs in a scratch-based kitchen, ensuring a clean and sanitary workspace.
  • Execute an engaging menu with diverse cooking styles, ensuring attractive presentation for a resort-like dining experience.
  • Learn from our expert Executive Chef and step into a leadership role during their absence.
  • Maintain the Chef's Pantry with proper stock levels and log food temperatures accurately.

Qualifications:
  • Prior leadership experience in culinary preparation and cooking is preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED) is required; a culinary degree or further education is a plus.
  • Basic computer skills are required; experience in data entry is preferred.
  • Ability to obtain necessary food handler permits mandated by local regulations within two weeks of commencement of employment.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
