Responsibilities and Duties: - Skillfully prepare and cook a variety of dishes including meats, fish, vegetables, soups, and eggs in a scratch-based kitchen, ensuring a clean and sanitary workspace.
- Execute an engaging menu with diverse cooking styles, ensuring attractive presentation for a resort-like dining experience.
- Learn from our expert Executive Chef and step into a leadership role during their absence.
- Maintain the Chef's Pantry with proper stock levels and log food temperatures accurately.

Qualifications: - Prior leadership experience in culinary preparation and cooking is preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) is required; a culinary degree or further education is a plus.
- Basic computer skills are required; experience in data entry is preferred.
- Ability to obtain necessary food handler permits mandated by local regulations within two weeks of commencement of employment.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
