Position Details: - Pay: $17.00 per hour
- Work Location: 10 Snowshoe Drive, Snowshoe, WV 26209
- Season: Seasonal position available from Late May to October
- Start Date: Mid-May
- Working Hours: Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays required

Key Responsibilities: - Foster positive relationships across departments.
- Oversee food preparation and manage kitchen staff.
- Contribute to menu development and implementation.
- Plan and manage special events in coordination with F&B leadership.
- Train and mentor kitchen employees.
- Monitor food quality and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Address guest feedback and manage kitchen resources.
- Ensure smooth kitchen operations and adherence to standards.
- Promote environmental sustainability practices.
- Perform additional tasks as needed.
Qualifications: - High School Diploma or GED required.
Preferred Qualifications: - 2+ years in a supervisory culinary role.
- Experience in kitchen team development.
- Knowledge of food cost management principles.
- Strong leadership and effective communication skills.
- Customer-focused and resilient approach.
- Ability to perform well under pressure.
- Food hygiene certification preferred.
- Flexible and adaptable in a dynamic environment.
- Proficient knife skills.
- Experience in resort settings is a plus.
