POSITION SUMMARY

Join our team as a Culinary Preparation Specialist. In this vital role, you'll prepare ingredients for cooking, including portioning and chopping fresh fruits and vegetables. You will weigh, measure, and mix ingredients and prepare and cook meals according to established recipes and food preparation checklists, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met.

Your responsibilities include:
  • Operating kitchen equipment such as ovens, stoves, grills, microwaves, and fryers
  • Testing foods to verify they are cooked properly
  • Monitoring food quality during preparation
  • Setting up and breaking down your workstation
  • Serving food in accurate portions
  • Cleaning and disinfecting kitchen areas, utensils, and equipment
  • Maintaining safety and sanitation standards
You will follow company safety policies and procedures, report maintenance needs and unsafe conditions, and complete safety training. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.

Experience: At least 1 year of related experience.
