Job Title: Culinary Apprentice Line Cook
Department: Food & Beverage
Reports to: Restaurant Chef
This role is in conjunction with the Pennsylvania Restaurant & Lodging Association's Apprenticeship Program. The Line Cook Apprentice is responsible for producing recipes to specifications while maintaining a clean, neat, and organized kitchen. As part of our Restaurant Apprenticeship Program, you will gain valuable skills and knowledge that will help you advance your career in the culinary industry.

How I can Create Guests for Life: - Prepare recipes to specifications.
- Know and complies consistently with Camelback's standard portion sizes, serving methods, quality standards, and safety rules, policies, and procedures.
- Handles, stores, and rotates all products properly.
- Assist other Food and Beverage Team members with the daily outlet operations, to ensure smooth shifts and positive guest/Team experiences.
- Assist with the cleaning, sanitation, and organization of the kitchen, walk-in coolers, and all storage areas.
Is this the job for me: - 18 years of age or older
- Basic cooking skills including knife handling.
- Basic math skills for adapting recipe quantities as needed.
- Availability to include weekdays, weekends, evening, and holidays.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of our guests.
- Ability to work in a fun, fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to speak and read the English language, additional languages a plus.
- Must be willing to be part of a formal restaurant apprenticeship in partnership with the PA Restaurant & Lodging Association.
