We're looking for a Part-Time Intern to join our team.

Our CU360 Internship Program is a paid 8-week rotational experience designed to give college students a complete view of how a credit union operates, offering valuable insight into core credit union departments, professional development, and hands-on learning.

Learning Objectives
  • Build foundational knowledge of credit union services and operations
  • Strengthen communication, time management, and problem-solving skills
  • Explore potential career interests in financial services
  • Learn professional etiquette and workplace collaboration

The position responsibilities are:
  1. Participate in department rotations covering areas such as Member Services, Lending, Mortgage, Accounting, IT, Marketing, Business Development, and Human Resources.
  2. Complete assigned mini-projects (when applicable) and job-shadowing activities in each department.
  3. Attend community outreach events with our Marketing or Business Development teams (as available).
  4. Attend weekly check-ins with the HR Director for feedback and engagement.
  5. Create an "Intern Impact Presentation" emphasizing your experience in the CU 360 program.


Qualifications

Education/ Certifications/ Licenses

High school degree or GED required.

Experience

Applicants must be actively enrolled in a college or university and pursuing a degree in one of the following fields: Business or Finance, Marketing, Information Technology, or Human Resources/Organizational Development.

Interpersonal Skills

Strong verbal and written communication skills, paired with active listening and a genuine curiosity to learn are essential to a successful experience. Exuding professionalism in all interactions and displaying a team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate across departments is necessary. Adaptability and a willingness to receive and apply feedback is also key.
