Schedule: Full Time

Shift: M-F 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Location: 100 Hospital Drive, Hendersonville, NC 28792

The role you'll contribute:

The CT Supervisor supervises the modality to ensure efficient and effective workflow in the delivery of quality care; maintains adequate staffing levels to accommodate patient volumes while maintaining patient safety. Provides technical support to staff, radiologists and physicians. May image IP/OP/ED patients, while following age specific guidelines of facility. Actively participate in outstanding customer service and accept responsibility in maintaining relationships that are equally respectful to all.

Supervises the modality to ensure efficient and effective work flow in the delivery of quality care
Supervises direct reports
Coordinates the onboarding of new employees
Determines staffing needs, work methods, performance standards and assigns workload taking into consideration assigned routine work shift, environment, and employee knowledge base of equipment and protocols
Performs CT evaluations 100% on time, performs job competencies and educational assessments
Ensures CT staff is performing all CT exams according to protocol on all patients of all ages following the age specific guidelines of facility
Ensures team members are following through with transmitting images to PACS, and updating the RIS/HIS
Regularly and consistently reviews team member time and attendance; addresses time keeping issues in a timely manner
Assist in creating posts work schedule for employees
Performs other duties as assigned or directed to ensure the smooth operation of the department

The expertise and experiences you'll need to succeed:
Associate's Degree or Technical degree in a related field
Minimum of 3 - 5 years of CT experience
ARRT (CT)

Pay: $30.27 - $56.31 per hour
