Work in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment where your skills contribute to accurate diagnoses, timely interventions, and exceptional care outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

As a CT Technologist, you'll perform a wide range of CT imaging studies, including specialized procedures such as biopsies, aspirations, and drainages, while ensuring patient safety and comfort.
Perform high-quality CT imaging using proper technique, safety protocols, and contrast administration
Start and manage IV lines; monitor and inject contrast agents using CT injectors
Recognize emergency conditions and respond appropriately
Prepare and position patients, explaining procedures clearly and compassionately
Support radiologists during interventional procedures using sterile technique
Accurately charge and document procedures in the EMR
Ensure timely transmission of images to PACS and proper image labeling
Uphold cleanliness and infection control standards in the CT suite
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support optimal patient outcomes
Demonstrate empathy and professionalism in all patient interactions

Minimum Qualifications:
Education: Graduate of an AMA-approved program in Radiologic Technology, Radiation Therapy, or Nuclear Medicine
Certifications: Certified by ARRT with post-primary certification in Computed Tomography (CT)
License : Licensed by the South Carolina Radiation Quality Standards Association
Strong knowledge of cross-sectional anatomy, radiation safety, and image acquisition
Proficient in starting IVs and administering contrast safely
Excellent critical thinking and communication skills
