Get to Know Your Team: - UT Health Henderson features 41 operational beds, a 24-hour ED, designated as a Level IV trauma center and Level III stroke center with surgical suites, advanced diagnostic technology, a maternity unit, cardiopulmonary rehabilitation and an AASM-accredited sleep center.
Responsibilities- Performs CT studies/ procedures for patients of all ages (neonatal, pediatric, adolescent, adult and geriatric) utilizing ionizing radiation and treatment of disease.
- Functions under the general supervision of the CT supervisor and in cooperation with the radiologists.
- This position is subject to overtime and call back as required by the hospital.
Qualifications Job Requirements:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Associate degree in Radiography from an accredited college
- Upon completion of an accredited radiology program, the employee will have 90 days to become ARRT registered and licensed through the Texas Medical Board.
- Basic Life Support
Preferred Job Requirements:
- 2 years as a Diagnostic Radiologic Technologist Preferred
- CT Experience Preferred
