Description: $7,500 Sign on Bonus for CT TECH Fulltime St Mary's Hospital, Athens, GA
Performs diagnostic exams consistent with quality CT Imaging.
Fulltime, 3rd shift Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 8P-6A
Must have ARRT and at least 1yr expereince as CT Tech to be eligible for the Sign on Bonus.
Position Purpose: CT Technologist to work in the Radiology Department performing CT exams on Third shift: 8pm to 6am. Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
What you will do: - Under the direction of a Radiologist, performs CT procedures at a technical level not requiring constant supervision of technical detail.
- Performs a variety of technical procedures that will require independent judgment with ingenuity and initiative to apply prescribed ionizing radiation for radiographic diagnosis.
- Perform routine CT scans on pediatric, adolescent, adult, geriatric, and trauma patients.
- Assist the radiologist in special procedures such as biopsies, drain tube placements, injections, and markings.
What you will need:- Licensure/Certification/Registration: ARRT registered - CT registry
- Education: Graduate of approved Radiology Program
- Experience: Experience necessary to demonstrate competence
- Special Qualifications: Working knowledge of the department and modality consistent with
education level
