SR - Support assists Key Cooperative in the management of customer relationships that result in
optimum efficiency, economy of operations, and maximizes profits while performing the following duties.
Quality of Work - Provide Key Cooperative with customer service by handling customer inquiries, order taking, and
other assigned duties. - Properly weigh and grade grain deliveries.
- Understand customers, their needs and buying habits; inform customers of programs and product
promotions
Service Response Times - Manage inbound and outbound shipments to specified locations as required.
- Responsible for the handling of mail. Stamps, sorts, and distributes mail. Prepares items for courier service. Runs errands.
- Promptly answers all phone calls, voicemails and electronic communications
Team Support - Responsible for preparing transfer documentation and bill of ladings; assist with scale operations when needed.
- Prepares daily bank deposit in accordance with Key Cooperative's policies. This includes checking daily receipts against actual cash, scanning checks, and entering deposit correctly in Key Cooperative's computer system.
- Responsible for maintaining the inventory of office supplies for the Sully office. Also printed forms (envelopes, scale tickets, checks) for the entire company.
Customer Service - Take the initiative in providing outstanding and courteous customer service.
- Project a positive attitude and image to customers and employees at all times.
- Promote and supports all of Key Cooperatives products, services, and programs, and builds positive goodwill with current and prospective customers.
Other Responsibilities - Records and keeps track of all required information to support accurate reporting
- Accept additional responsibilities and duties as directed by your supervisor.
- Excel daily personally and professionally.
- Read and follow company employee policies.
Process Improvements
- Identifies areas for improvement within our products/ services and customer service process
- Contributes to implementing process improvements to address our most recurring customer service issues
Education and/or Experience: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Has the ability to learn and understand machinery operation and dry material handling, and to learn grain elevator operations on the job.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations - Valid Driver's License
- Ability to obtain Fork Truck certification
