One of my well-respected company's is adding to their staff and will be hiring an Office Manager/CSR. This person will be the face of the organization.


  • Answer phones
  • Greet Customers
  • Assist clients with services (hotel reservations, etc)
  • Supervise 2 staff
  • Organized
  • Self-Starter / Motivated
  • Basic computer knowledge is necessary
  • Must be able to work in a fast paced environment
  • Good work ethic
  • High stress tolerance thrives in a high-pressure environment
  • Ability to conform to shifting priorities, strong problem solving & prioritization skills


The position requires related experience working in external relationship management
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and flexibility
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
Self-driven individual, ability to work with minimal direction
