We're Hiring = Call Center Representative , you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers with their inquiries, and resolving issues efficiently. Your goal will be to provide exceptional support and maintain customer satisfaction while meeting performance targets.
Key Responsibilities: - Answer incoming customer calls promptly and professionally.
- Address customer inquiries regarding products, services, and account-related issues.
- Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation in the CRM system.
- Educate customers on new products, services, or promotions.
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call handling time, customer satisfaction, and issue resolution.
- Follow company protocols to ensure compliance with service standards.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals and improve customer experience.
Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred).
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment is preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and active listening abilities.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle customer concerns with professionalism.
- Proficiency in using call center technology and CRM software.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Preferred Skills: - Experience in the specific industry or field is a plus.
- Bilingual (Spanish, ) is a plus.
- Knowledge of call center metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Pay Details: $17.00 to $19.00 per hour
