Job Summary:

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) / Administrative Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will provide exceptional support to customers, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency. You will handle customer inquiries, process orders and payments, maintain accurate records, and assist with administrative tasks.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and order status.
  • Process customer orders, payments, and billing inquiries.
  • Maintain and update customer records in an organized and efficient manner.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any concerns.
  • Utilize company-specific software and CRM systems to track and manage customer interactions.
  • Assist with general administrative tasks, including data entry, document management, and scheduling.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to improve processes and enhance customer service.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements to streamline operations.
  • Participate in ongoing customer service training and development programs.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Strong ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience using multiple software programs, including Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and customer service best practices is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to customer concerns.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to adapt to changing business needs.
  • Team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to collaborate with colleagues.
