NFR maintains properties for mortgage companies by working closely with our nationwide network of contractors and inspectors. Our Contractor Services Department has an opening for a Recruiting Coordinator.


As a Recruiting Coordinator under the direction of the Vendor manager, you will onboard new independent contractors into NFR's field network within specific and targeted areas. This position is responsible for ensuring coverage for problem areas and/or replacing non-performing contractors in addition to recruiting 3rd party specialty companies.

Responsibilities include:

  • Researching independent contractor leads through various resources and methods, including analyzing inquiries received from NFR's website to determine suitable potential needs.
  • Review of prospect inquiries
  • Effective communication through phone and email in a professional and collaborative manner, with the field network, independent contractors and internal partners
  • Selling the benefits of working with NFR to independent contractors to join our nationwide network
  • Onboarding identified potential independent contractors into the NFR vendor network from initial inquiry through active vendor status. This includes, but is not limited to, conducting prospect interviews, obtaining required documents, continued follow up with prospects and completing NFR and client requirement overviews
Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have exceptional customer service, communication and problem solving skills. Computer experience requires knowledge of MS office suite. Previous experience adapting to multiple software applications is helpful.


A High School diploma or equivalent; Associates degree, at least 3 years industry or related knowledge, and recruiting experience preferred. Or, the equivalent combination of education and experience.

These positions are full-time remote with an option to work hybrid or in office from our NH and FL office. Remote locations are available in the following states: AL, GA, IA, MS, NC, SC, TX and VT
