Master's degree plus 6 years of relevant experience
Associate's degree plus 10 years of relevant experience
Doctoral degree plus 4 years of relevant experience Preferred External engagement/collaboration experience (e.g., participation in cross-agency working groups, IDA, field assignments, and external customer support)
