Summary of Primary Functions:

The Crushing & Screening Account Manager is responsible for driving both rentals and sales of new, used, and rental Crushing & Screening equipment within a designated territory. This role aligns with the company's commitment to professional standards and service. The representative will build and sustain a customer base in accordance with the company's marketing guidelines and protocols. This position has an AOR of the East Coast of FL and may require more than 50% travel within the territory and occasional travel outside of territory for training. This job description does not include a complete listing of all the duties and functions of the position. Management reserves the right to assign other duties or projects, as necessary.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities: May include some or all the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Keep a detailed and up-to-date list of customer contacts, maintaining accurate records within the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.

• Submit sales orders and documentation promptly and correctly to the sales department.

• Manage and report expenses related to company business activities.

• Handle inbound calls pertaining to Crushing & Screening products.

• Conduct in-person & virtual customer visits, demonstrating clear and effective communication.

• Collaborate efficiently with internal sales teams and personnel from other departments and field operations.

• Maintain a strong knowledge base of all Crushing & Screening products offered by the company.

• Operate equipment represented by the company as required.

• Travel will range from 1% to 70%

• Regular daily travel within the assigned territory is expected.

• Occasional overnight travel outside the territory may be required.

• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications: The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

• Previous sales experience within the crushing & screening sector is preferred.

• Valid Drivers License

Education, Skill, and/or Experience Requirements:

• High School diploma or GED is required.

• Valid Driver's License and maintain a clean driving record.

• Ability to communicate effectively with teammates and customers

• Strong problem-solving skills.

• Must be able to self-manage/self-motivate.

• PC literate, proficient with MS Office, with an emphasis in Excel and Outlook required.

• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.

• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.

• Quick learner with the ability to think out of the box.

• Bilingual a plus.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions, moving mechanical parts, and outside weather conditions. Frequently exposed to loud noise levels.

• The employee must regularly lift and/or move items weighing up to 30 pounds or more and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds.

• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, and color vision.
