Responsible for pulmonary care of adult, pediatric, and neonatal patients under physician direction with minimal supervision. Performs technical and diagnostic respiratory therapy procedures, patient assessments, and develops respiratory care plans.
Emergency response (Code Blue and White) Airway management and suctioning Aerosolized drug delivery Ventilator management Oxygen delivery and monitoring Chest film and blood gas analysis Documentation and equipment maintenance May serve as Shift or Team Leader Advanced skills include therapeutic gas management and pulmonary function testing Requirements: RCP License, BLS, CRT certification, 2-3 years experience preferred, ACLS certification required. Full-time, 3 days, 12-hour shifts.
