Cross Functional Delivery Team Lead with Security Clearance

Job Number: R Cross Functional Delivery Team Lead Key Role: Lead a team of globally embedded staff responsible for data reconnaissance, tool integration, and rapid prototyping in support of CWMD, CBRN, and Emerging Threats Operations and Exercises. Work closely with your client leadership to adapt and deliver to dynamic agency priorities. Foster collaboration across globally dispersed teams by communicating clients' needs to embedded technology-enabled integrators. Tailor client reporting and products to highlight team accomplishments against DoD, agency, and mission partner priorities. Combine information from multiple sources to identify delivery risks and opportunities. Form relationships across the agency and the broader DoD community to integrate new capabilities into your delivery and new partners to support. Grow your expertise, develop new skills, and share your methodologies with the CWMD, CBRN, and Operations community. Provide the right information at the right time to support the critical needs of our customers. Basic Qualifications: 8+ years of experience in managing complex projects supporting DoD clients, the special operations community, the Interagency, and Law Enforcement
5+ years of experience managing a team
Experience with leveraging Business Analytics software packages, such as PowerBI, Tableau, Qlik, SAS, and Alteryx to provide KPI metrics to decision makers
Experience with data and mission tracking systems, domains, and analytical tools
Experience developing high-quality tactical and strategic deliverables tailored to clients
Experience leveraging cross-domain knowledge management solutions
Ability to manage client and stakeholder expectations and tailor deliverables to emerging needs
Ability to travel to CONUS and OCONUS locations
TS/SCI clearance
Bachelor's degree Additional Qualifications: Experience Managing Globally Embedded Staff
Experience supporting DoD Operations, Sensitive Activities, or Exercises
Experience with DoD Plans and Policies
Experience in managing, analyzing, and visualizing complex data to create intuitive outputs for clients
Experience developing, managing, and delivering against Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
Knowledge of Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence concepts or principles
Ability to collaborate and innovate to solve problems

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,600.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
