Meeting Street is currently looking for a Cross-Country Assistant Coach for five (5) hours per week.
Duties:
- Assist in the coordination and supervision of an inclusive Cross Country program and team
- Promote an appreciation of physical fitness, teamwork, and sportsmanship.
- Assist in the development and implementation of a training schedule and meet program schedule
- Provide assistance to ensure that the program is properly implemented
- Ensure that all athletic activities conform to program guidelines
- Work effectively with other community and school organizations
- Assist in the development of team rules, communicate them to the players and their parents, and equitably enforce them.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Associate or bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university preferred.
- Current Rhode Island Coaching Certificate
- Have a valid driver's license, be able to drive, and qualify under the agency's insurance carrier when driving an agency vehicle.
- Holds or is willing to obtain chauffer's license.
- The schedule is: Monday to Friday, 3:30PM to 4:30PM beginning Monday, September 22 to Friday, November 7, 2025
