Averaging below 40 hours per week - a schedule that respects your personal life. A highly competitive salary ($275,000 plus $20,000 sign on bonus-terms apply) annually for a 4-day work week in a stable, well-respected practice. If a 5th day is worked the hourly rate for the day will be $185.00. Annual salary range can be between $275,000 to $350,000 for 4-5 days per week, with 5 weeks PTO, and up to 2 weeks annually of 'doctor out' days for which you are paid. Your responsibilities will include:. Pre-operative, intra-operative, and post-operative anesthesia care. Assessing and preparing patients for monitored anesthesia care. Overseeing patient recovery and immediate post-op needs. Collaborating closely with physicians and surgical teams What We Look For We're searching for a motivated leader with:. A strong commitment to patient care and teamwork. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. A flexible approach to scheduling, with hours starting as early as 7:00 AM and rotating schedules planned 6-8 weeks in advance Qualifications. Florida Licensed CRNA. ACLS and BLS Certification.
