CRNA Needed for Locum Tenens Coverage at Facility

A level II trauma facility is seeking a CRNA for locum tenens coverage.
Dubuque, Iowa, is overflowing with things to do. Jump aboard an authentic paddlewheeler, meet critters at a river museum, travel to Dubuque, and so much more.
The schedule consists of 20 shifts per month, including regular shifts from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM and weeknight call from 5:00 PM to 7:00 AM, with a post-call day off. Weekend shifts are 24 hours, from 7:00 AM to 7:00 AM. Call is primarily weekend-based, and while the post-call day is offered, it's not specified whether it's paid. The facility uses Cerner for EMR. Case types include General Anesthesia, Blocks, Epidurals, Peds, OB, Pain, and Regionals (all required); there is no Neuro, and hearts are handled by physicians only. The practice is primarily supervision-based, with 3 MDs and 10 CRNAs. Candidates must have an active Iowa license, be a Board-Certified CRNA, and hold ACLS and PALS certifications. The patient population is approximately 60% Medicare, 85% adult/geriatric, and 15% peds/adolescent. COVID-19 vaccination is required.
