CRNA Locums Job in Michigan Start As Soon As Credentialed - 6 Months of Coverage Potential to Extend

Assignment Details :
-Monday through Friday, 6:30AM-5PM preferred, open to 6:30AM-3PM
-No Call
-Looking for a provider to start ASAP for expected 6mo of coverage with possibility to extend
-70% outpatient 30% inpatient
-Cases/Procedures: Endoscopy, General, OB/GYN, Ortho, Pain Management, Urology, Vascular, blocks preferred but not needed
-AHA BLS, AH ACLS, AHA PALS, and NBCRNA required
-Michigan License preferred, but open to considering licensing
-Team care model with supervising MDA
-Must have experience with: spinals, epidurals, venous catheters, arterial catheters
-Must be able to produce case logs - 75 within 12 months
-EMR: EPIC
