CRNA Locums Job in Indiana

Coverage Dates: Starting ASAP and ongoing

Assignment Details/Requirements:
-NBCRNA
-Active Indiana license is required
-Monday-Friday, 7am-3pm
-Call NOT required (if interested call is 1:5 - 24-hour beeper call (6am-6am), call is pretty light and first out on post call day)
-Bread and Butter, orthopedics, some peds (ENT/dental), must be proficient with blocks and OB
-No heads, no hearts, minimal trauma (not a trauma center)
-All independent cases - no CRNA supervision
-EMR: Cerner
-Credentialing in approximately 6-8 weeks
