• Practice independently with a strong support staff to provide care to a diverse population.
• Strong referral base with collaborative group of physicians and APPs, including at two outlying health clinics.
• Leadership opportunity as the hospital develops their surgical program and anesthesia needs.

• Additional income available by picking up call shifts in nearby communities.
Compensation Details:
• Ongoing base salary ranges up to $325K+.
• Up to $30,000 per year in retention bonus or for student loan repayment.
• Great work/life balance with 7+ weeks of PTO, 40+ hour of CME with $4,000 stipend.
