Position Overview: We are seeking a talented and motivated Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our team in a three-room surgical center operating under a CRNA-only model. This position offers an excellent opportunity to provide high-quality anesthesia care in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Administer anesthesia for a variety of procedures, ensuring patient safety and comfort.
Conduct thorough pre-anesthesia assessments and develop individualized anesthesia plans.
Monitor patients throughout surgical procedures and provide post-anesthesia care.
Collaborate with surgical teams to enhance patient outcomes.

Qualifications:
Current CRNA certification and valid licensure.
Strong clinical skills with the ability to work independently.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Compensation:
Full-time W2 position: $269,000 per year.
Full-time 1099 position: $336,000 per year.
