Practice Setting

Two hospital/surgery center locations
Level II Trauma Center with 28 ORs
Team of CRNAs, techs, and 45 anesthesiologists
No AAs on staff

Schedule

Choose your shift: 8-24 hours
In-house or 30-min beeper call
Weekends may be required
Ongoing assignment - only 1 week/month minimum

Cases and Procedures

Full spectrum: general, ortho, urology, robotics, OB, cardiac, peds
Cardiac and peds not required
Proficiency in regional, spinal, and epidural anesthesia required

Requirements

Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
Active Iowa license or compact equivalent
BLS and ACLS required
Must be comfortable practicing independently
