We are seeking a skilled Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) for a 100-day locum tenens assignment in West Virginia, starting 08/04/2025. This opportunity involves working at a Multi-Specialty Clinic, providing anesthesia services for a wide range of surgical procedures. The schedule includes Monday to Friday shifts, either 7 am to 3 pm or 11 am to 7 pm. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with various OR cases including general surgery, orthopedics, OBGYN, ophthalmology, podiatry, ENT, GI, neurosurgery (mostly spine), urology, vascular surgery, and plastic surgery. Experience with pediatric cases (3+ years old) for ENT and potentially orthopedics is beneficial. This role offers a chance for extension and utilizes the Epic EMR system. Job Details: Location: West Virginia Facility Type: Multi-Specialty Clinic Start Date: 08/04/2025 LOA: 100 days Provider Type Needed: CRNA Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7 am - 3 pm or 11 am - 7 pm Responsibilities and Duties: Provide anesthesia services for a diverse range of surgical procedures Conduct pre-anesthetic assessments and develop appropriate anesthesia plans Administer and monitor anesthesia during surgical procedures Manage patient recovery in the post-anesthesia care unit Collaborate with surgeons, physicians, and other healthcare professionals Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout the perioperative period Maintain accurate and timely medical records using Epic EMR Adhere to all safety protocols and clinical guidelines Participate in quality improvement initiatives Stay updated on current anesthesia practices and techniques Additional Information: West Virginia CRNA license required Experience with a wide range of surgical specialties preferred Comfort with pediatric cases (3+ years old) is beneficial Strong communication and teamwork skills essential Flexibility to work different shift schedules (7 am - 3 pm or 11 am - 7 pm) Apply now to learn more.
