Job Title: Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) Location: Fort Hill, OR Job Type: Full-Time Job Summary: We are seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our growing Anesthesia team in Fort Hill, OR . The team currently consists of 1 MDA and 4 CRNAs, and we are looking for a dedicated and skilled CRNA to help expand and strengthen our services. This is a wonderful opportunity for candidates who enjoy the outdoors, small-town living, and rural healthcare. Fort Hill offers a healthy work-life balance, and the recently opened 92,000-square-foot facility features state-of-the-art ORs and a Surgical floor, which provide an excellent environment for patient care. Key Responsibilities: Administer anesthesia to patients undergoing surgery or other procedures. Collaborate with the surgical and medical teams to ensure the best outcomes for patients. Monitor and adjust anesthesia during surgical procedures. Provide post-operative care and pain management for patients. Work closely with patients to ensure their comfort and safety throughout the process. Maintain accurate records of anesthesia administration, patient response, and recovery. Qualifications: Licensed CRNA with a valid state certification in Oregon. Experience in a variety of anesthesia practices, including general and regional anesthesia. Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a rural, community-based healthcare setting.
